    The next Great Lakes TURN Forum is scheduled for November 3-4, 2011 in Chicago area.  Go to www.turnexchange.net to access video clips from our May 2011 meeting on "Using Value Added Data to Improve Teacher Effectiveness and Appraisal Systems".    Video clips include:  Dr. W. Patrick Dolan, Steve Cantrall and the MET Project, Rob Meyer from VARC, and the presentation by Mayville, OH on their use of value added data to improve student learning!
