The SEA Plan includes four options:

Option 1:  Working on School or District Initiatives (1 year option, may be repeated)
Option 2:  Classroom based inquiry or Masters Degree (1-2 year option)
Option 3:  Doctorate or National Board Certification
Option 4:  Teachers Making Significant Change in Assignment
